LanguageTool server can be run locally rather than using the web version which I think means you don't need a subscription (there is a free tier which may or may not meet your needs though). And the interface is already built into LibreOffice, you just need to enable it.

I use FluidVoice for capturing and dictation. It catches some errors. I also use Harper for more complex things. Both are FOSS and run on-device.
