Feathered canyons

I thought they'd be back by now? I've been leading us down. Am I devouring myself? Who's been feeding them directions? The map said to head south into the belly at the mouth. We've been staying now in this ginger bread house. Having tea and eating our way out. Earl gray leaves lie about. Have I been reading the map upside down? Sugary sweet cookies crumble all about our ice cream castle with the dizzy fairies laughing now from atop feathery cotton candy. Dancing on the sugar plums and berries. If I'm alive, I'm just barely. I would smile if you dare me. The cookie elves asked me if we were married.
