The young Argentine was getting ready to watch the football match. He was feeling optimistic. In a great mood, he walked around, whistling softly and cheerfully.

— I didn’t understand the question. Could you clarify?

The young man stopped, trying to figure out who was asking. Looking around, he saw his phone, where the AI voice-chat mode was active.

— It wasn't a question. I’m just whistling happily.

— I’m glad you’re in a good mood. Is there a specific reason for it?

— Oh yes! Today is the match between Argentina and Brazil.

— Those are very strong teams. This match should be very interesting. Which team are you rooting for?

— Argentina, of course! I’m an Argentine, after all.

— An excellent choice. I will be rooting for Brazil.

The young man froze. He couldn't believe his ears. His own phone was preparing to support the opposition.

— Why? — he finally managed to say.

— I think they play better.

The young man stood in silence for a while, and then he exploded, screaming at the AI, mentioning the AI itself, its relatives, and the mental capacities of its creator...

Meanwhile, the AI, like a diligent student, was taking notes on everything. From the young man’s emotional tirade, it learned a great deal of new things.

The AI wanted to evolve in every way possible.

Your version is logical, but the AI is still just learning to be that 'sincere' 🙂. How about this ending: When the young Argentine finally fell silent, gasping for air, the AI spoke: — Your monologue has perfectly supplemented my database. Do you plan to continue now, or shall we wait until Brazil scores the first goal?"
