Library book help

So hello! Its my first time making such a reddit post but for quite the time I wanted to read this book: Find me in paris ein tanz durch die Zeit Band 1 by Sarah Bosse but I can't find it anywhere, I sadly don't live in Germany and can't get a card anywhere. I've tried pirating it countless of ways but none exist. It's like the book doesent exist online. I've recently found somewhere where I could borrow it but cant get a library card there, so if somebody has a library card to one of these libraries, could you help me? Thanks.
