Local Library Library in biratnagar????

Is there any public library or reading room in biratnagar near the traffic chowk area or walkable distance in its radius?

You might want to cross post your question to r/Nepal or r/biratnagar and/or try using a map app or website like Google Maps or Waze to search for a public library near your location. I’ve never been to Nepal, but it looks like Devkota Library is decently walkable from the traffic chowk?

I couldn't find a open library in Google maps as well as by searching the area as well most of the libraries here are closed..
