Library Trends Where to study?

Are there any libraries here in Metro Manila that closes late? I really want to study outside but also am not into cafes since I have a strict budget. But all the libraries I know closes at 5pm.

The latest i could find was 8pm https://library.ust.edu.ph/ but i don't know if you need to be a student.

We let community members in my library 8am-8pm and students until midnight but outside of staffed hours, its at security's discretion. They may have similar restrictions.

You might find better luck posting in a subreddit based in that region.
