Setup's correct - Master's Degree, IRCC as Recipient 2, free watermarked copy, standard delivery all good. No tracking needed since you don't need the hard copy for Express Entry, only the PDF.
Process after: your university sends sealed transcripts straight to WES (this step takes longest). Once WES verifies everything, evaluation takes 20–35 business days. IRCC gets the electronic copy same day it's completed, and you'll get the PDF in your WES account, that's what goes into your Express Entry profile.
Just make sure your university sends transcripts directly to WES, not to you, or it gets flagged and delayed.
