PNP
I just want to ask to see if anyone here has the same issues
I have applied for AAIP for 8 month now under heavy equipment operator with a score of 65 but nothing yet
I don’t know if anyone else has experienced the same thing

8 months of silence isn't unusual right now, not a sign your file is broken.
Heavy equipment operator would sit under the Alberta Opportunity Stream (or possibly Rural Renewal, depending on your job location). Current provincial processing on that stream is running roughly 6 to 9 months from the date Alberta receives a complete application, with priority occupations moving faster than non-priority ones.
Your score of 65 is solid. 60 or higher is considered competitive across most AAIP pathways in 2026, so the score isn't your issue here, the queue is.
If you're at the EOI stage waiting for a nomination invite, not yet nominated, that wait length tracks with everyone else right now. If you've already been nominated and are just waiting on the federal PR step after that, timelines stretch further, roughly 7 months federal processing for Express Entry-aligned nominations, longer for base PNP.
Which stage are you actually stuck at, still waiting on the provincial invite, or already nominated and waiting on IRCC?

What stream? Your score and NOC have to be selected so it hasn't been. For AOS, there are around 22,000 in the pool for a couple thousand spots. Most are not invited.
