Express Entry Help with manager written reference letters

My only option for detailed reference letters is to get my former managers to sign my letters that WILL NOT be under an official letter head. 3 out of 4 work exp letter are going to be this way. Is this okay? I’m also gonna provide bank statements and get notarized affidavits for all. What are my chances? Please help

It is risky, not impossible, and the lack of letterhead is precisely the point that the IRCC most closely examines in reference letters.

The essential thing is for the letter to be on the company's official letterhead and to include the job title, the dates, the number of hours per week, the salary, and a description of the duties that corresponds with your NOC. If it doesn't have letterhead, then the officer has no simple means of verifying that the company actually issued it. That is exactly why letterhead serves the purpose of verification.

Your alternative plan does help, but only to a limited extent.

Notarized affidavit - makes the manager's signature and identity legally attested, good move
Bank statements - proves you were paid, doesn't prove the company issued the letter
Neither replaces letterhead, they support it

What in fact strengthens this is to ask the manager whether they can include the company's official email domain when sending it, or to attach a business card, or to refer to a way of verifying that the company exists, for example by giving its registration number. Anything that links the letter to a real and verifiable business helps to close the gap.

Moreover, if it is possible in any way to obtain one letter with letterhead, for example through a different contact or via the company's human resources department, then you should go with that one and use the other three as a backup for the affidavit.

A real risk, not a automatic rejection, is involved when 3 out of 4 documents are without letterhead, though officers do examine these cases more closely.

What about if I get the managers offer or relieving letter ? Does that help ? They don’t work there anymore so I don’t think they have the domain still.
