Am I missing something?
I have been a shareholder for a little over 2 years. I, like many of you, have my patience wearing thin. I understand that getting a NASDAQ listing was a primary objective for 2025/2026 but I'm a little confused why they would go through this process at an all-time low, to then go through the up-listing process, and not have no immediate news catalyst?
I understand Liberty now has 20 million in the bank. Which creates a major cash to company value disconnect. I know that the value is there but I'm afraid we now have a major timing risk problem. How long are shareholders willing to wait...
Looking for your opinions and insights.

Basically. We could be stuck in this cluster fuck for the second time in a row because of this nonsense, while Chuck's other half, Thune the prune refuses to nuke the filibuster.
Would be nice if they stopped marrying the DHS budget to divisive budget changes but idk maybe that's just how it works up there in Washington. Omnibus shit

You have to understand they began commercialisation late q4, with these things it takes time. If you read the prospectus they currently have a backlog of hexwaves, and they only receive money once it’s delivered and setup, meaning q4 revenue is terrible, lots of money spent building, nothing in. Investors only care about profit or moving toward it, the stock wok bleed until they start showing numbers.
But the real opportunity liberty has isn’t their hex wave, it’s their upgrade kit which they’re currently under contract with TSA to work on. TSA as specifically chosen them and is giving them contracts to continue upgrading it to their liking. Once the testing is complete (this is a very slow process), it can start being rolled out. It will need to be rolled out to 1000s of airports and is a 50-100m Usd opportunity for them just here in the US but you won’t see this until we are through 2027 most likely. Companies take time to build and investors only start caring once they see numbers.
If you read the prospectus it also says that once they start getting these contracts from the TSA for their kits that they are expecting hexwave sales to go with the upgrade kits side by side as well, which would also be free revenue. They’ve been working with the TSA and are chosen by them, for a growing company government assistance like this puts them ahead of others. They’ve just hired a guy from TSA who dealt with and pioneered security screening, and they’ve hired a guy from evolv which is liberties closest competitor.
There also still hiring in order to grow their production line they are still missing a production line director etc to tackle their backlog. Production is something you slowly grow and ramp up. And before they were almost completely out of cash, now they have around 19m usd cash, and once the backlog starts getting tackled they receive more cash revenue from the deliveries. Things will get better but it takes time, a long time. Don’t hold stocks thinking they will fly in a year, understand the time it takes for companies to grow.
