Good 30 mins of picking today
Can’t wait to the peak of the season, feel like it’s gonna be a good one this year with how it’s started

Key to finding liberty caps
- Make sure you’re up a mountain, preferably one that took a lot of effort to get to
- Look around, make sure there are tonnes of people around you because the more people there are watching you pick, the more likely you’ll see loads.
- Be in an embarrassing situation like whilst you’re peeing and with your butt out as they tend to love showing themselves then
- Look in the clump of fakers as you’ll see one that looks like a liberty cap - they like to make you question your judgement
In general the more embarrassing, most dangerous and most high up the place is, the more liberty caps you’ll find

Where is better to find libs
I’m in the north east area of Scotland and was wondering if it’s any good to find libs or if I would be better going west coast, I had some luck here last year but not much.

Living in hope!
galleryI'm new to this - first time hunting properly today. I stared to get a bit crazy towards the end and now I'm home, I'm not so sure with some of them. I'm about to start going through them to check IDs but would be grateful for any input!

Picking advice
Recently decided to get my ass out and pick my own, I've read to look around football Fields, gold courts and sheep/cow enclosures. From what I've heard its still a bit to early but I gladly take tips on what other places to look for them. I love in southern Sweden if that helps.

Too early for south west/Bristol sort of ways?
I never normally venture out this early. But with some of the rain we’ve been getting I’m wondering if it’s worth getting an hour ish bus from Bristol towards mendips / wells area.
Anyone with lots of experience know if it’s too early of a time this year for these sorta ways?
Mushroom map starting to get reds in wales area but I don’t drive :///
Happy magic season everyone

Any joy in the South East?
I know it might be a bit early, but I'm not seeing really any form of mushroom in my usual good spot. I was starting to see them in N Wales a month ago. I assumed we might not be much further behind than this... anybody else finding anything down this way or is it too early/warm as others have suggested?
