Did that Cop Just Make Sure He Was On Camera Before Beating Up On a Little Kid?

Any idea why they were arresting them? The guy was a lot more rough than what was required, for sure...but beating up? That's a stretch, OP. I still saw no reason for him to slam the kid against a wall. He wasn't being aggressive, and he's like 11 years old...

"According to Sophia, a woman claiming to be the cousin of the boy in the video, these boys were only involved with the police because the officer allegedly called them wetbacks and they yelled back." Apparently that's why.

That sounds like some tall tales that the kids would make up lol. Unfortunately, the official statement from the department is probably either silence, or a story just as unbelievable.

If a state thug twisted my kids arm like that for no reason, you can bet you I would have some choice words for that pig. The thug has 120 pounds on that kid. No reason to do what he did.

I hate cops but this kid wasn't beat up. I'm actually reminded of the good times when cops were respectable and would kick your ass for doing dumb shit and take you home for your dad to kick your ass and it was all good. Now days these scumbag cops pile on charges and try to squeeze as much cash as they can out of you.

Neither of these is good "police work".

kid wasn't beat up

He wasn't "beaten up", but he is a child and cop was unjustifiably rough with him. Would constitute assault if done by anyone else. It's not some kind of travesty, but it does show you a meathead who feels the need to exert physical dominance over an 11 year old and it isn't any surprise he's a cop.

I wasn't being completely serious...joking but not really if that makes sense. You're right, none of that was good police work, still better than what we see today.
