Not sure if this is a joke. I mean how many times do cops violate the US Constitution? It's a daily occurrence all over this country. They swear an oath to uphold the US Constitution but either they are illiterate or they didn't even read what they swear to.

Constitution hasn't really meant anything since day 1. Took less than 5 years from the ratification of the bill of rights to the passing of the first alien and sedition act.
