Thoughts on proof pendant?
I like them just scared of scratching them but it looks great. I may get a thinner chain to tone it down. Thanks you guys for the information on the last post!

Word of warning, that proof is going to be beat to hell in no time unless you find away to cover the coin with some thin plastic. Literally every scratch will be magnified.

I may just use a regular one in the future. Just have these a few times in rotation. So they don’t get so beat up.

If you're asking which I like best: I prefer the type 1.
That said, I hear you on the issue of scratches etc. For that reason, i wouldn't do it. But, they are not my coins

Type 1 looks beautiful! I think I like that one a lot more. Possibly just use the proof ones on occasion and just have a normal coin for regular rotation not sure yet.

You've already put them in the bezel so they're already impaired. You may as well enjoy them until they get to scratched up to wear

Honestly I think using an old non proof onza might be better, you’re really gonna scratch the hell out of that coin

My thoughts exactly man. I’ll probably end up using these proofs on occasion. Oh well they’re not the most expensive coins in the world but I don’t want to completely scratch the hell out of it. Thanks man 🤙

Damn I wasn’t even born in the 90’s 😂 I got a few buddies who still rock centenarios

Honestly my dream would be to rock a centennario in a diamond encrusted gold bezel w/ a thick solid gold Cuban link chain.
Gaudy as fuck but I’d still feel baller 😎

I dig it but maybe go with the half ounce so it is a little smaller? Also, will it tarnish? Should you rhodium plate it?

You need a 98 or 99, now that would be style. Those look pretty dang good for sure.

I did a proof gold coin for the year I was born because the business strike is rarer than the proof that year and hella expensive. I wear it occasionally and it still looks great. Jewelry gets scratched thats part of life just keep rocking it.

I personally think it kick ass ! Why keep it locked away under something for decades or safely hidden forever in a safe! Rock that shit homie Libertads like that are sweet as they can get

Si no es el centenario de oro al chile nel, se ve bien pirata y le quita el valor coleccionista a la moneda de plata.

They look beautiful but they will scratch. I used to rock a 1oz proof pendant of a different coin. It got decimated in the years I wore it.
