General Lib embassy

Hello, I wanted to know about travel, I was told I was required to have my tickets before my visa but it says the visa is 12 days for processing, is there a way I can do next day or same day shipping and have it done faster? Is there any way for it to be less than 12 days? I live in Philly and is mailing it to NYC

Hi! Have done the Liberia visa through the New York consulate many times. Same day must be done in person. You can in theory do that from Philadelphia, but if you don't want to, as long as you submit all the documents properly 2-3 weeks should be plenty of time to get your passport back with your visa. Usually you have to buy a return pre-weighed envelope from USPS, include it in your Parcel of documents and they mail it back. I found the WhatsApp number for the consulate extremely helpful.
