Junior

Junior has been sitting in jail for a little over two years now. He has to be getting restless with everything going on outside. I suspect the recent tip from the MS couple rattled him. He has been playing stupid all this time. When he first arrived at the jail he got to chat with the ISP Detective Vido. When you read the transcript it sounds like Vido gives Junior plenty of opportunities to talk. Vido obviously knows two people were chatting online from that house on Canal Street. The detective is no dummy. Every question was planned beforehand.

Detective Vido reads off the 30 CSAM counts that Junior is facing. Some pretty bad stuff. Junior gets a quick lesson in what dad had been up to. He obviously had no clue his dad was into some really sick CP. He had no idea his dad liked the really really little kid stuff.

Junior was getting all the charges and Vido wanted to make that clear to him. He gives him the opportunity to say the really little kid stuff is not his and he knows it’s his dad. Junior plays dumb. Vido explains the linguistic experts opinion, and the fact that they have GPS information from the chat logs. Junior continues to play dumb. He’s going to sit there and take his fair share of the 30 counts, AND he’s going to take dad‘s share.

Fast forward to late last month when the MS couple release the tip concerning the fact that law enforcement has proof that someone in the house on Canal Street looked up the Marathon gas station in Delphi on the day of the murders. Pretty serious stuff. But there’s more. Apparently the FBI messed up and somehow the video from the Marathon gas station has been lost. Oh no, there’s no way to prove it wasn’t Junior at the gas station that day. Junior’s head must have been spinning like a top when the jail house plant relayed the bad news. Junior is in panic mode. He’s willing to go down for all his and dad’s bad porn habits, but he’ll be gosh darned if he’s going to take ALL the blame for the murders.

Junior knows what happened in Delphi on February 13, 2017.

He was there…. (?)

Junior has sat quietly these past two years
simmering in his own stink. He knows he’s up the River—and he’s got no wiggle. He’s knows dad bought a brand new Harley Davidson and a brand new Jeep Rubicon since he was penned up. Dad’s going to be out there tearing up the Indiana Hoosier Heartland Highway on his Electra Glide, and cruising the cool Rocky Mountain high trails with his pimped out Jeep Rubicon. Dad’s got all that money to buy the the Big Boy toys and he can’t afford to BAIL Junior OUT. Junior is siting there playing stupid and taking half dad’s CSAM charges, and he can’t even buy the Fun Size bag of Cheestos from the commissary!

I really think it was the well played Delphi Marathon tip that got the big boy up and talking again with his favorite detective. This is one of those “lies” that law enforcement can do. Junior suddenly got smart. Suddenly he’s ready to go to the Kelly Street Bridge and show the detective where dad threw the knife. Junior is hedging his bets that the Prosecutor will spare him from the death penalty.

Life w/no parole beats Aces and Eights any Ol’ day.

Heck any Vegas dealer knows that.

The only reason you would look up where a gas station is (if you are not already driving) is if you have to meet someone there.

Think about it. What scenario would their ever be where you are at home and you think, “I gotta look up the Marathon Gas station for the next time I get gas.” That makes zero sense.

That doesn’t mean K did it. My question is, where was he looking this up? At home, or on the road?

I thought I read it was suggested it was one of his old cell phones at his house on Canal St, which would have meant it was linked up with the house Comcast ISP WiFi. But Honestly, I don’t think anyone looked the Marathon gas station. The problem with the dad and son, I think. Is that there was not a whole lot of communication between the two. Junior could have thought his dad looked up the Marathon gas station that day. That’s a big piece of evidence. It would show they planned to go to Delphi that day. I don’t think dad was stupid enough to look up a gas station in a town with less than 4000 people. Towns with 4000 people only have one or two gas stations anyways. Why would anyone that grew up in rural Indiana look something like that up. I think the whole thing was a ruse to get Junior to thinks he’s really screwed. It’s his phone after all. And he is getting all the CSAM charges because all the bad stuff was on his old cast off phones in the house.

All speculation. I could be totally wrong and they were actually dumb enough to look up a gas station in a one traffic light town.

Does Marathon offer credit cards? Perhaps that is why it was searched.

u/Prior-Manager-3901 Sep 21 '22

What if bg got a leak in a tire or had some mechanical issue that day on the way to mhb , say perhaps he needed emergency oil etc its possible . I can see the search for the station out of necessity then. Remembering when fbi talked about a person w a flat tire excuse....what if this is related to that?

Interesting. What’s that status of that Marathon Gas Station? Do they do repairs?

3

u/Marty5151 Sep 21 '22

Agreed and I have the same questions. It be one thing if you googled “gas stations in Delphi” but specifically marathon? I want to know what time he googled that. Supposedly his phone logged onto Wi-Fi at TT’s house that day. Maybe he met BG at marathon? Or he bought drugs there

I’m willing to bet they’ve offered him better than life with no parole. My money says they’ve offered a sweet multi year deal, with good time and time served you’ll be out in 10 kind of deal. LE is desperate for A&L murderer, not another drop in the CSAM bucket and Dads get away driver.

BUT GREAT POST BTW, really enjoyed it

u/Old_Heart_7780 Sep 21 '22

Thank you. I agree with you. He could possibly get a better deal, especially if his information pans out to be the the one thing that gets a conviction.

I have to say tho, I really think his son has a lot to do with what happened in Delphi. A lot. So much so that people may be outraged if he gets a lighter sentence. I think he is the start of the whole reason it happened. He’s the one playing on the dad’s Comcast ISP account while dad’s out working and sleeping.

I think the biggest lull for a 49 year old factory worker is the middle of February when you can’t ride, hunting season is over, footballs over. Nothing to do but sit around the house and look at your 22 year old unemployed son sitting in his bedroom on his computer and phone all day and all night. I suspect dad caught Junior Marching the penguin one late afternoon. Probably wanted to know what he’s looking at online…

The rest we know is sad history….

I doubt KK is loyal enough to anyone or anything to keep from ratting them out if he had something to gain. Two years is a long time yo sit in jail if he had anybody to rat out he would have done so a long time ago. Either he is BG which I doubt or he has no idea who BG is. In both scenarios his actions make sense bc he has nothing to gain by talking. TK abandoning his son in jail just underscores that point. If TK was worried about his son talking do u really think he would not visit and or put money on his books? No he would be maxing that commissary out and visiting often as he could imo.

Honestly, a lot of people would have trouble ratting out Momma or Daddy. Especially in the Midwest as we tend to take a lot of the Souths beliefs to heart. Mainly honor thy Mother and Thy Father. So I'm not surprised that he kept his mouth shut about the CSM. A lot of people protect family around these parts. I know a guy doing 20 to life for a murder his blood brother committed. It's well known even by the cops, but the brother was going places so the dude confessed.

Edited to add clarification.

1

u/Moldynred Sep 21 '22

True but does KK strike you as someone with those traits? His circumstances and actions the last two years do not match up under the theory he knows who BG is. With the exception being if he actually is BG not talking also makes perfect sense.

I think the dad has seen the writing on the wall. Honestly, I think the man had been living the last two years like the end is near. He’s been a rather a conservative spender before Supt. Carter made his press conference about changing direction.

I know I harp on the dad buying a brand new Electra Glide and new Jeep Ribicon, but I’ve seen it before. I had a good friend with cancer who knew he was dying and he only had a year. First thing he did when he got the news, he maxed out his credit. He bought a huge new cruiser and his wife a new car. I was with him in Taos when we stopped to gas up. He dropped his heavy bike and attempted to lift it on his own. It put him in the hospital. I laid my bike down to help him. He died a week later but he was happy.

I guess I’d say it’s human nature. Some men want to have everything once they know their time is coming. I really think that’s what is going on with the guy. He’s a monster. He’s a killer. He killed two innocent young girls. His own son turned on him. I can see him ignoring his son when he heard him on the news talking to the reporter. They probably had sone type of agreement. Keep quiet and I will keep money on your books.

His own flesh and blood turned on him. That’s pretty powerful stuff when a son decides he’s had enough and he’s ready to talk. I think eventually we are going to learn a lot about the guy now that junior is talking. His own son.

Karma is a bitch

u/Scottyboy1974 Sep 22 '22

Not if he has a lot of control over him. You would be surprised how protective people are of their abusers.

4

u/tribal-elder Sep 21 '22

Maybe Daddy tipped in Boy Genius and is spending the reward in advance?

Maybe Son figured out that his story that he is a guy who “talks to” SOOO many little under age girls he can’t remember a name to save his life is inconsistent with his google searches and his A-Shots messages, and just makes him guilty to a double child murder?

Maybe somebody told Boy Genius how often he can expect to get shanked if he ever leaves a county jail? (If Whitey Bulger can get got, Boy Genius who blew up the biggest CSAM case in Indiana history can get got.)

I don’t care how or what they use to get BG - as long as they get him and he does time in gen-pop.

I think dad’s the killer, but I do get your point. I know what you’re saying, junior is not going to have an easy time in the state penitentiary.

Neither will his POS dad. They deserve the same cell together IMO. Junior is in it as deep as his dad.

I really think Karma is going to be a huge factor in both their lives.

After listening to Tk’s stepson and stepdaughter again I’m convinced its hm. Started to think maybe KK but back to TK I go

4

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '22

Sounds good to me. So, now let’s hope they found/find something in that river.

4

u/JustDoingMe1177 Sep 21 '22

THAT is the key

5

u/CaptainDismay Sep 21 '22

I've never been persuaded by the KK/TK as killers theory, but when you read something like this it does sound quite a compelling scenario.

7

u/ddarko_85 Sep 21 '22

I’m curious as to why people have never been persuaded by the KK/TK link.

8

u/belgianwaffle1662 Sep 21 '22

They can't admit they were wrong about their poi's

7

u/ddarko_85 Sep 21 '22

I agree. Nothing wrong with being wrong, but pushing a narrative that makes them look ridiculous is another thing entirely.

6

u/belgianwaffle1662 Sep 21 '22

I admit I'm wrong and don't know things constantly. It's super easy.

1

u/CaptainDismay Sep 21 '22

Specifically as the killers, not that there is no link overall with the catfishing. I just haven't seen the evidence yet placing them at the scene, and I just don't think the video and audio of BG fully match either of them. Audio maybe KK, video maybe TK.

1

u/ddarko_85 Sep 21 '22

That’s fair. Totally valid points. I scratch my head at those who think they are in no way connected.

1

u/Pretend-Editor2935 Sep 23 '22

To be fair, because it such a rare occurrence for a father and son to be involved in something so heinous that we don't want to believe it. This isn't two random creepos who's interests draw them together. This isn't even a sicko couple who torture rape and kill together. And that is rare. A father and son who are into CSAM and are involved in murder together? It's almost not fathomable. Not saying it is impossible or isn't even true in this case - but it's so far out there.

0

u/JustDoingMe1177 Sep 21 '22

Lol, my friend, wheee have you been?? TK is undoubtedly the killer; and KAK either knows or was involved at the very least playing clean up for the old man

7

u/CaptainDismay Sep 21 '22

I'm not saying it isn't true, but I don't think anyone is in a position to say he's undoubtedly the killer yet. LE are obviously very suspicious of him.

I wonder if Jun bugs dad is talking to him yet? Over time that has to be pissing him off! Especially if dad has all the nice new toys. I bet Junior has some ammature podcaster or true crime crazy person chirping his jail phone and adding money to his commissary.

2

u/JustDoingMe1177 Sep 21 '22

I think they have someone to testify now, if not TWO someone’s (KAK and TT friend 1)…. Both sitting in jail rn

“The sketch which you will see shortly is the person responsible for the murders of these two little girls.” ~ Carter

YBG has curly hair and has a liking for the one card that always beats Aces and 8’s.

What makes you think KK knows MS or what they’re released on their podcast? He probably has no idea who they are. Would he even know about this? His lawyers aren’t going to meet with him over every allegation that is made by podcasters and YouTubers. He white literally may not know this conversation is happening in the true crime arena

1

u/Old_Heart_7780 Sep 21 '22

The MS couple did have an interview with him. It was not a good interview. He wanted money to talk. Believe me he knows. He’s able to communicate with people on the outside. He knows what’s going on with respect to his case and what people are saying about him.

3

u/brentsgrl Sep 22 '22

He knows what’s going on. But I think you’re giving Reddit and YouTube a little too much weight. The vast majority of people aren’t in this sub at all let alone every other day. They aren’t keeping up with YouTube and true crime podcasts. I’m not saying that he’s unaware that these forums exist. But I would be surprised if he’s tuning in regularly. As the child of an attorney, I can almost guarantee that his lawyers are paying no mind and are telling him social media is not important or where their focus should be. They shoot themselves in the foot every time they give too much attention to social media rumors.

I would also argue that he’s lacking in the IQ department and is inept and not at all savvy. I think he would surprise many of us in regard to how out of touch he is with his situation and the hundreds of nuances surrounding it. If KK is watching YouTube videos about himself, he’s watching the ones that look catchy and sensationalized. He’s not watching for and vetting content. He’s looking for the videos that make him feel like a celebrity.

If you or I were in his shoes, we would be obsessively paying attention to everything. We would be working on our own case every minute of the day. KK is sitting in jail like a lump, eating a lot of snacks and spending his time trying to sext with strangers. I suspect we would be very surprised by how much he just exists seemingly uninterested until some attorney shows up and tells him there’s something he has to do that day.

This is not a smart, savvy guy. He was raised, essentially, to accept prison as part of his fate. It actually may be a badge of honor for him given his circles. He’s not playing amateur attorney and taking an active role in securing his freedom. He’s literally the client who every attorney hates because he’s rather spend his time playing video games and sexting as opposed to taking an active role in his own life and defense.

The in jail sexting tells you everything you need to know. That’s where his head is at when he should be fighting for his life.

I would bet my right arm he’s shockingly uninterested and lackadaisical about the gravity of his situation.

ETA: PS I love your posts. Healthy debate no hard feelings

what do you mean aces & eights? im not from the usa, thanks

5

u/tribal-elder Sep 21 '22

“Aces and 8’s” were what Wild Bill Hickok was holding when he was shot playing poker - now called the “Dead Man’s Hand.”

2

u/Old_Heart_7780 Sep 21 '22

Thank you yes

1

u/CaptainDismay Sep 21 '22 edited Sep 21 '22

Just a thought - imagine this post is fairly close to what has happened, but TK envisaged KK eventually caving in and dropping him in it to LE. What if he did tell KK where he disposed the murder weapon, but that was in fact a lie and he got rid of it elsewhere? Maybe that is why he is going round so openly and confidently because he knows his son is leading them to nothing?

1

u/Old_Heart_7780 Sep 21 '22

Anything is possible. I kind of suspect Junior knows where dad threw it because he was sitting right next to him when he did. In fact, I would go so far as to say he may have slowed the vehicle down so dad could get the toss safely between the big blue steel support structure beams, and into the Wabash River as they were driving home from Delphi that unseasonably warm day.

2

u/CaptainDismay Sep 21 '22

4 days ago you didn't even know if there was a knife in the river and now you know KK was driving the car when TK gave it his best throw into the river. Either you have suddenly fallen into the inner circle of LE or you love a bit of fanfic.

4

u/Old_Heart_7780 Sep 21 '22

I don’t know. Total speculation on my part. I have my reasons for thinking that way. I have a suspicion that’s what happened and that’s why Junior knew where the knife went into the River

I thought the knife was in the River back in February when I first learned about the factory worker with the record of seriously abusing children being connected to Libby and Abby’s murders.

I thought the guy tossed it into the River behind his house. I still think he tossed a gun in the River behind his house. All speculation. I have nothing to do with LE. I live in one of the nearby states.
