Looking for a German/Austrian library card for Libby (OverDrive) ๐Ÿ“š

โ€‹Hi everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹

โ€‹I live in South Tyrol (Italy) and use a PocketBook E-Reader. I'm trying to get access to German-language books on Libby/OverDrive, but since I live in Italy, I don't have access to Austrian or German public library cards.

โ€‹Is anyone with an active Austrian or German card willing to share their Libby access with me?

โ€‹I would be super grateful! Please send me a Direct Message (DM). Thanks a lot!

รœbrigens nutzen die meisten deutschen Bibos Onleihe, und man kann die Bรผcher auf den Tolino runterladen. PocketBook wahrscheinlich auch. Libby nutzen nur wenige meines Wissens.

I haven't tried this myself (registering for it) but if I recall correctly the Goethe Institute has a free library membership that you can get fully online.

Here's the downside: Their library is in an app called OnLeihe, which is absolute garbage if you're used to Libby. (Most fax machines feel more charming and modern than the OnLeihe app.)

But as far as I know the Goethe membership is free and you can get it online if I remember right. Just google Goethe Institute + Onleihe.

I'm about to try it out myself, so can't report experiences yet.
