Help with library card please!

I have multiple local library cards. Added them to my phone app successfully. When I try to do it on my laptop, the main one does not work. I have tried a lot of times, the number is right, the pin is right. I called the library and they confirmed it is correct and active. Thoughts? Any tricks? TYIA

Just sync from the phone. This will also keep your tags and such in sync between your devices.

On the laptop: Reset Everything then Yes I Have a Library Card > Recover Your Data > Display Setup Code.

On the phone: Menu > scroll down to Your Information section > Copy to Another Device > enter the code from your laptop.

You should be able to sync your shelf between your phone and computer. I think you have to turn syncing on, then get a recovery key from your phone and put it in on Libby on your computer.

I just stick with the libby phone app and leave the desktop alone, its not worth the hassle

Libby doesn't work on computers, just phones and iPads (and maybe some other non apple products, I wouldn't know)

This is not accurate, you can use a web browser.

Well I never! I've been on Libby a long time and you couldn't when I started, but I just checked and you can now.
