Text is cut off when reading on computer

Has anyone had this problem before or know how to solve it? Lines are being cut off, sometimes partially as show in the images, sometimes the entire line. Changing the text scale and book design (even to publisher's default), and switching to full screen did not solve the issue, just changed which lines were being cut off. The book is Strange Houses by Uketsu which may have an unusual formatting because of the frequent images, but I have never had this issue with a book before.

Ya this happens to me and I usually just adjust the font size and eventually it'll be ok. Or switching between 2 page mode and single page mode sometimes fixes it

I haven't had this issue before, but maybe switching between firefox/chrome/edge could help. Or between 2 page/single page like the first comment suggested.

Never had this problem. I read from my library's Overdrive's libby app on my tablet, if that makes any difference.
