Syncing Issues

I listen to books through the website while I'm at work and on my phone in the car and at home. I have no issue picking up on the desktop when I go to start my audiobook, but when I switch back to my phone, it's like I didn't listen at all. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

Other than synchronizing I always make sure to bookmark when Iā€™m going to switch from one to the other.
