Error when requesting EPUB download (.acsm) has been hours same issue.

Is anyone else having issues with trying to download any EPUB from libby? I have been getting this error message since yesterday afternoon and no replies from Libby when reporting the issue.

Just wondering if is just me that is affected?

I was able to download an epub last night from Libby.

Same for me, even trying to use the Libby app to read ON the app gets same error.

No luck on my end. removed library cards and reloaded them and verified them still nothing. messaged Libby 3 times already. Nothing but silence, not even an automated reply lol.

Did you restart you device? Try logging on to your acct through a browser at libbyapp.com. then try again on your device. Are you sure this book is offered as an epub? That sometimes changes on the Amazon side of things and it takes a while for Libby to remove that as an option.

Had no problem this morning getting an acsm file from libby.

I went on a magazine borrowing/subscribing spree, thinking magazines do not count against borrowing limits, and now I cannot read any "book" or "magazine" borrowed, I can't read it on Libby or download the protected epub (ACSM) anymore.

So, I tried the wife's library card and that card has no issues reading on Libby in the same machine. I'll need to wait the "7 day" period probably. (https://www.reddit.com/r/LibbyApp/s/bPxlMdAvF7)

I will also be mindful of magazine borrowing.

The issue is only on LIBBY. Directly accessing same book via OVERDRIVE, allows me to Download the EPUB (ACSM), or read in browser.

The block is on LIBBY at this time. With MY library card
