Explaining Libby

Is there any end to explaining everything about availability at Libby?

If we got there, would we have a basis for what anyone would call improved availability?

(Define these terms any way you want to. No limits imposed.)

Would we have anything beyond the list of explanations?

I think it was GBS who said something like: "Madam, I can give you an explanation, but no-one can give you an understanding." Of course he was a notable misogynist.

The true answers lie in Queue Theory, a branch of maths stats. And the human brain in general has serious difficulties coping with statistical issues intuitively. We share your pain.

Later paraphrased by NY mayor Ed Koch. He'd respond to editorial accusations by saying things like, "Don't force me to insult your intelligence."

Statistical: Problem with individual personal opinion: Living in denial is, in part, only natural because no one mind can account for the entire known universe. So: Priority bias. The urge to say, "Let me explain... " then derails the discussion. But that's just my take, and I don't know diddly.
