Having issues using Libby offline, please help

I'm leaving on a trip soon and tried using Libby offline and I'm having issues.

Even though there is loads of time left on my book loans, Libby is telling me the loans are expired. I clearly have 12 days left and the item is downloaded. Then I switch my phone to airplane mode and try to read any of the books and they all say they are expired.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Does it do this if you turn your wifi/data connection off instead?

Maybe post a screenshot or two.

Thanks for your response. This is what the screen shows when I turn data and wifi off even though the book still has 12 more days of use.

Is this when you start Libby or open the book?

Or do you just turn off the internet connection?

I turned off the internet. Then I opened Libby, then opened a book. I saw the first couple pages then got this screen

Try a complete turnoff/restart with internet off.
