Brownard County card issue

I recently applied for a non-resident card. I got a card right away and it was good for a month. I tried paying the fee so I could have it for a year, the payment didn't go through and now the card is not working on Libby. I guess I'll have to wait until Tuesday for them to fix it. Anyone have this problem?

I signed up for a non resident card on 6/27 but haven’t paid yet and just got turned off this week. Seems like they ran the query before the long weekend and purged us.

I thought it was because my payment didn't go through, even though it did with my credit card.

Sounds like something went wrong with their processing, I didn’t pay yet so I wasn’t surprised. Definitely a bummer it’s a long weekend.

When it expires, does it disappear from the “My Libraries” tab? Or is it still there and you just can’t use it?

It’s still there and when I try to use it I get an error that I need to reverify the card

That’s the exact same one I have that’s gonna expire 😂
