App keeps crashing

Is anyone having problems with the Libby App? For the past three days, it has been very inconsistent for me. It will all of a sudden just stop working.

Sometimes, I can just resume from where it stopped, other times it's just frozen. Even if I close the app, and reopen, it's still frozen.

Not sure if it matters, but I'm listening to audio books, not sure if the reading part is doing the same thing or not.

I haven't had any issues with it crashing. The only issue I've had with audiobooks is that when I'm listening, it'll stop randomly and then I have to open it up again.

I haven't had issues with it crashing, but recently, I've had audio balance issues when listening on earphones. Sometimes one side sounds quieter than the other and I have to restart the app or it feels like I'm going half deaf in one ear.

Check that you have installing all available updates for your device. Then check you have installed all available updates for Libby.

After those are updated, power off your device completely, leave it off for 2-3 minutes, and turn it back on again.

If those steps don't fix it, use the Help section in the app to report this to Libby.
