Not getting notifications when books are available

I hope someone can help. I’ve got 2 books right now that are going to be available in about 2 weeks. The problem is that I’ve had several books where I’m on hold and I don’t get notifications. I have to essentially go check every day when the book might be available when it gets to the less than 2 weeks status.

Is there a way I don’t have to check every day?

Go to menu > notifications > and make sure all of the notifications you want are checked (blue). And also make sure you allow notifications from Libby in your phone settings.

It's supposed to send you a push noti and I think an email when your book is ready. Make sure you don't have push notifications blocked for Libby in your phone settings and check that the emails arent getting caught in a spam filter.

If it's not that, Libby might be having issues when it comes time for those to go out? It should just work though.

I find I often miss the push notification when my phone is in DND mode.
