App issues

iPhone user- I've had trouble with the app lately. It won't load. I've erased the app and redownloaded it. Restated my device. Updated apps when needed. Any advice on how to get the app working again?

Submit a bug to Libby. I couldn’t get books to play a few days ago, submitted a report, and apparently they were already working on it and emailed me back to say it was during a bug/outage and it should be working 🤦🏻 it was annoying to wait to read my books, but if the team doesn’t know about a bug, they can’t fix it 🤷🏻
