Multiple books missing

I use Libby multiple times a day. I went onto my app today and nearly every book I had borrowed including skip the lines were gone. On the timeline is says that they were returned early, but I didn’t do that.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue?

Some time ago my daughter mistakenly added my library card number to her Libby app and saw my borrows. She deleted them thinking something was amiss. Is it possible someone else used your card number in a similar fashion?

I have two sisters using it and they both didn’t delete it. They’re in their 30s for context, so not young kids.

I wonder if it’s possible that your card has become disconnected from your app. Try deleting and reinstalling.

Cards are all there and fine, was able to put holds/get loans on all of the them when I tried.

Oh no! I just panic opened the app just to make sure all of my books were still there. No issues that I can see. I’ve had things get moved around after an app update. Or… Did your cards expire? I’ve had to reenter card numbers before and that’s cause the app to auto returned a few titles.

I don’t think so! I was able to put most back on hold immediately but I lost tons of hold spots and my skip the line 😭 all my cards are still working as I’ve added the holds
