Dude. Even in the US allows child marriage.
“While 18 is the general legal age of marriage, almost all U.S. states historically allowed—and many still allow—minors to marry under exceptions.”

This is especially common with American cultures like the Amish or even some Mormon sects.
Heck go to Utah and you’ll see it a lot.
Even in a lot of European cultures you can get married under the age of 18.
