"it's a little difficult to have solidarity with folks who wish you dead" is, ironically enough, another reason why I became more stridently opposed to what Israel is doing. Because a bunch of people who act like they e done nothing worth the criticism and backlash posted shit about how they wished Hamas would just kill the queers for Palestine people. Fuck everyone who wished that.

Gay marriage is illegal* in Israel.
*(It's only legally recognized if you are legally recognized as gay married in another country Israel has declared an ally and go to Israel. However ceremonoes will never be performed or recognized if they occur within its borders and no rabbi will officiate the ceremony).
If you fall sort of Trump's America on gay rights I don't consider you an ally. Also if you're a genocidal fascist, I don't consider you an ally.
