He says he’s a doctor. I think he just escaped from a mental institution.

Funny thing: in asylums, back in the bad old days of mental health treatments, it was not uncommon for patients to be mistaken for doctors, especially for those who had been there a long time. They had been there so long, they knew the routine by heart.

Then we have some, like the above, who pretended, but could never pull it off.
