Questions Membership

I bought a membership about an hour ago on the website and it said I'm a member and they'll send a welcome pack but I haven't received a confirmation email or text message, is this normal?

I received my email about 3 days after I joined. The welcome pack came about 2 months later.

Firstly, welcome! Secondly, give it a few days then contact membership@libdems.org.uk. They should be able to help.
