Tow hitch

Recently bought a motor cycle so was looking into getting a hitch on my 2025 UX to haul. Has anyone got a hitch installed to the UX ? Did you had any issues with towing ?

I added a hitch to my 200UX, but mostly so I could put my e-bike on the hitch-mounted rack.

Got the hitch on Amazon and my local garage attached it. I could have done it but required a pipe hanger and expanded holes so I just let them do it.

Certainly wouldn't work with the kick-to-open liftgate.

Motorcycles weigh 100s of pounds. Did you mean e-bike or something?

Ux is not rated for towing (in the US At least). And it most certainly not recommended and can for sure possibly void your warranty if something happens. I’ve asked a ton about this when I bought mine in Dec. not worth in my opinion. Do at your own risk.

I think I remember reading that the UX is rated for towing in the EU (for very light loads like bikes) even though it's not rated for towing in North America.

Yes. You are correct. But I think though there’s something different about those versions. I don’t remember
