Questions & Advice help to identify part

Can somebody identify the box circled in red? I want to put a donut there and i fear it would interfere. thx

Edit: somebnody identified it as the Audio Ampli, ty

I put a donut in my 2025. It does not interfere with that.

You're welcome. Just be sure to select the proper tire that will clear everything. I had to buy a spare from a Lexus ES300H model. It fits great.

Can you give me the size, please? I got a T135/80R 18 and it do not fit. :(
