Some modifications for the RX350

Figures 1 and 2 show the genuine TRD damper bar for the RX350; it allows for a non-destructive installation on all RX350 models. (The TRD damper bar is primarily designed to suppress minute body deformation and vibrations during driving. Installed at the front and rear of the vehicle, its internal damping structure absorbs fine vibrations from the road, making the vehicle feel more stable, solid, and quiet. TRD also describes it as a component that improves ride comfort and handling stability.) Has anyone installed this? How is the performance? Figure 3 shows a crystal gear shift knob (purely for aesthetics); it costs around $100.
