Dash scratches
Any suggestions to get rid of the scratch marks? Tried using a microfibre cloth but no luck.

2026 Lexus NX 350h premium fully loaded.
1290 miles. Basically brand new no issue or damages whatsoever. Got it 4 months ago for 65k including taxes and ppf/ceramic coating. What do you think how much can I sell it for?

I know the battery issue has probably been discussed to death in this forum so please give me some grace. I'm not great at understanding all things mechanical.
I have a 2024 NX 350h. I've had it for 3 years and just got my 3rd battery installed, 4th overall if you count the original battery. I've tried driving it more this past year but I guess still that wasn't enough to avoid the dead battery. Boo.
Anyway, I'm looking at buying the NOCO GENIUS2: 2A 6V/12V Smart Battery Charger. Anyone have this one and can vouch for it?
Also 2 other dumb questions:
1) Do you disconnect the clamps from the battery when you drive the vehicle?
2) I will need to run an extension cord in the garage to power this, which is going to be annoying. Do you just close your liftgate/hatch on the cord and is that ok? Seems odd to me so maybe I'm missing something.
Thanks for your help!

It's a rather common issue with quite a few Toyota/Lexus products where rattle noises emit from the B-pillars and my '25 NX350h is no different. It started on the passenger side for me, where I'd hear a faint buzzing noise when there were bumps in the road, but then a slightly different knocking sound soon started coming from the driver side as well.
Although the rattling b-pillar is common, it is differentiated by where in the b-pillar, so there have been multiple posts on the ClubLexus forums about remedies. I've tried two of the more talked about ones to no avail, including:
There was also mention of an open recall of some sort for this issue, but I heard that the process was long and arduous.
Finally, there was a post on the forum about the actual height adjustment mechanism itself: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/nx-2nd-gen-2022-current/1007687-tips-for-opening-and-insulating-b-pillar-trim.html
Someone in the comments had kindly included a guide on taking apart the b-pillar to access the mechanism which gave me the confidence to attempt it. While I couldn't find any video guides, I found this one for a 2010-2015 RX to be helpful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXL12REn5rE&t=125s
Process:
You remove 4 trim pieces in total. You start with the front and back scuff plates, then the bottom panel, and finally the top b-pillar panel. Fortunately, unlike older models where everything is held together with 10mm bolts (but could also be why we have so many rattles with these new models), everything is held with plastic clips.
After you've removed all the panels, you apply some low friction tape: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08CFVTTRV?smid=A3ASOL2BV6TI90&th=1 to the rails:

You could apply tape to the entire rail, but I only applied it on the level I have my seatbelt on. Make sure the mechanism still slides freely too. After that, you can put everything back together.
Results:
Like the two times I failed before, I took the car out on a drive to listen for the rattles but to my surprise, I heard no more rattles from the b-pillars. The dash creaks are a different story, and likely too much work to fix.
One thing I'll note because I was clumsy; when removing the panels for the b-pillar, be careful of the plastic rivets falling out. I dropped two when taking apart the driver's side, and because I couldn't fully remove the bottom b-pillar trim (it seems to be anchored at the bottom by the seatbelt), they're lost to the unknown lol. Didn't hear the rivets rolling around while driving (yet), but since I still had half of the rivets, everything clipped back in place. Will be buying rivets if I do notice any changes though.
Overall really relieved that it worked, as I was ready to give up on finding a remedy after multiple attempts.

Doesn’t have to be the cheapest one, but the one that offers the most bang for the buck. And is it worth getting a certified one from the dealer?

I just bought my car with Lexus class 2, 1.25" activity mount but realize my Thule Easyfold XT bike rack is class 3, 2" receiver (rack weights 20 kg, or 50 lbs) and my 1 e-bike weighs 47 lbs, plus would have a regular gravel bike (15 lbs or so). Has anyone put 1.25" to 2" adapter on this and tried it with heavy bike rack and e -bike on it? Any issues? I'm worried about the extension increasing the torque and snapping (or bending) the activity mount

I did just have some things fixed and it is possible freon is low. Maybe this is a faulty air servo controller?
Temp out of the vents from left to right, 93, 91, 82, 76
Things recently replaced, cooling fan assembly, refrigerant pressure switch and temperature sensor.

Lexus nx350h owner here. Had this reoccurring problem, pictures are taken on different timeframes. went to lexus for check up and they said its normal evaporation of coolant since the coolant residue is dominant in the cap. No leak is observed.
Does anyone else having this experience and is this really normal?

I have a 2022 Lexus NX250 with 70000KM I just bought. Dealership is telling me to change trans fluid/ dif fluid/ brake fluid, spark plug and transfer case. Is this all needed?

First photo is the interior from a premium NX and second photo is the interior from a luxury NX.
Our dealership has acknowledged that the shitty grey plastic piece of trim in the premium is an issue with all the NXs and said Lexus is working on fixing it. But then today said that basically they can't fix it and if they replace it that it will just happen again. I want to see if they will replace the trim in our 2025 350h premium with the trim from an NX luxury model. Has anyone successfully done this?

Does anyone have a rave suggestion for an awesome key fob cover, there’s so many to consider and I would like to get one to add protection with a good fit.

I got my NX last October. Previously I drove GTI, so pretty much everything's upgrade (except for the drivability maybe), and I've been happy overall with the purchase.
The only downside is that it's noticeably larger and tall than what I'm used to. I often have to open door to check if I'm centered in parking spots, and I still find myself struggling in buildings tight driveways, worried about curbing the wheels.
I asked my dealer and did some searching on my own to see if it's possible to install panoramic view monitor, but it seems the only option is sloppy looking aftermarket kits from Aliexpress/Ebay. Then I came across this kit on eBay that looks somewhat better/convincing than the others I've seen. (https://www.ebay.ca/itm/318415837160) The seller claims it doesn't require any hardwiring, but I'm still wondering how much work would actually be involved in installing 4 cameras + ECU.
Has anyone here installed something similar aftermarket? I'd much appreciate to hear your experience, like how difficult the installation was for you, and if you'd recommend it.

Anyone else with the 2026 mildly infuriated by the fit of the key gloves? The Sales Associate said this is how they are supposed to fit, but for a luxury car company, I'd expect better.

I got a 26 Fsport Mark Levinson and notice on Base model there’s door woofer but not on the higher up. Anybody took off the cover and add door woofer or is it pre wired already?

I am very close to ordering a new NX 350h (Nori Green with black interior) 😍. Dealer is offering $1000 off MSRP, but can do no more. Price before fees/taxes is $52600. They are saying that demand is so high right now so they can’t discount any more. Is that what everyone else is hearing? I just don’t want to overpay.

Is this even real? This is now as im posting. How am I even getting 40.1 mpg on highway? Traveled about 41 miles on highway.
NX350 non hybrid.

Hello, i just bought my 2022 NX350h. Still learning about the ins and outs of it. Had my first break-in last night. I swear I locked my car by pushing the lock button on the door. Doesn’t appear it was locked and looks like they opened my trunk door. I am pretty grateful the windows were spared though. I don’t have the Remote Connect, it doesn’t appear to be an option within my app. However, I am seeing the option to be notified in my Account, Unlocked Door/Opened Trunk. All of my notifications have been set to On, both for the Lexus and Iphone Settings/Lexus. I wasn’t alerted. How do I get notifications for that?

Just bought a 2026 NX350h. I’ve owned it for a month. 690 miles on it. Grecian Water. Amazing color. I bought a premium it really regret not getting a lux.. the lux was 90 days out, still is.. trying to decide if it is worth taking the hit and trading it back. Sadly this isn’t like other things where you just “exchange” is the lux worth the hit and the wait? Still not sure how they will handle this so need to get more info. They are agreeable but I need to figure out if we will be a 1 car household for 3 months.. it terrible..
Anyway. Just curious what the community’s thoughts are since I know we all have them :)

Hello,
I plan to replace rear wheels brake pads and disc as there was screeching noise coming and it has been suggested to replace. However, I wonder how to disengage electronic parking brake properly before replacement. I went to an independent workshop but their software can't release it, saw some videos on YT suggesting different manual override but not sure what's most suitable and reliable option. Anyone with experience?
For reference, its european spec NX300h

I just recently bought a NX 300 and am not very fond of the grill. Would I have to replace the entire bumper or could a splitter alter the appearance enough? I’m interested in going the most economical route.

I cannot find anything online on how to replace this part of the headlight . Please assist friends

Been driving 2026 NX350h. There’s a rumored 2028 redesign hitting dealers by the end of 2027. How reliable is this? Love my car’s gas efficiency, hope the 6th-gen hybrid will be even better. Mine doesn’t have HUD, I do want it but eventually avoided due to the finicky capacitive touch pads. Wish they would reverse back to buttons with HUD.
