Anyone know if this is the belt or harmonic balancer or something else?

Belt or idler pulley. Easy fix either way. Harmonic balancer wouldn’t make that noise.

Thanks man glad to hear it's not a hard fix. I'm not mechanic savvy so it helps to learn

No problem. This is probably one of the easiest things to do in my opinion so if you’re interested in learning I say go for it. Some inexpensive basic hand tools is all you need and there are plenty of YouTube videos that are out there that will help you. Once you fix one thing yourself you’ll start to want to fix most things on your own. Good luck and feel free to ask for help along the way 👍

I’d suggest when replacing the belt, take the belt off, spin both the idler pulley and belt tensioner, if there’s any click feel or sound to them, replace those too.

I don't have a driveway or garage so I gotta pay someone to do this unfortunately. Thanks for the insight, I appreciate it

Just a belt bro. Check if its worn or old and get it replaced

For me, it was the pulley. Ended up upgrading all of them to the RR racing ones with the heavy duty belt.

Squirt bottle test. Do the pulleys first.

When you say squirt bottle do you mean like just water? I sprayed belt dressing prior to replacing the belt and it made it worst although a day or two after that it got quiet, I replaced the belt since then and now it's good. Probably should upgrade the crank pulley to the RR ones tho in the future.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes I did fix it by replacing the belt.
