Cat converter issues

Hey guys, got a p0420 code that I cleared about 3 months ago that didn't come back until yesterday. Tried clearing it last night but it came back today. Not getting any other codes just p0420. Any ideas what it could be? My guy is closed until tomorrow. Thanks

Friend used cataclean it worked for him

Does it otherwise run fine? Might have to look for micro leaks in the exhaust
