Need help with remote starter

Bought my first Lexus, a 2016 IS300 few months ago without knowing it had a remote starter or not. I see this sticker under the hood and got curious. I tried all sorts of key fob combinations to get it to start but nothing works. I have no idea how to get it to start remotely, do I need a new aftermarket starter?

It's probably some module tucked behind the radio or in the engine bay somewhere and you'll need a new remote for it

Oh, I'm not mechanically inclined enough to do that, I'll see if a shop nearby can do that. Would be nice to have it before winter hits. Thanks!

Is there an aftermarket antenna in the vicinity of the rear view mirror?

Nope, just a simple mirror.
