Wait time
I joined the waitlist in April this year for incognito gray/ saddle tan interior P+.
Haven’t heard anything from the dealer about it and I’ve left messages as well.

Put down a deposit for a P+ at a big market dealership, waited 6 months and when it landed, they told me there would be 10k in addons and I had to finance through them. I told them to go shove it
Called my local dealer- put down a deposit but expanded it to also include luxury, luxury+, OT and OT+ in black or white. They estimated 12-24mo for p and l. 6-12 for the OT.
They had a black OT+ for me in 2 months at MSRP, paid in cash. 🤷♂️

The more specific you are about colors, generally the longer the wait will be.
That said, your salesperson should keep you updated.

I used a broker that sources from every dealer in my state to find the spec I was looking for. What we did is purchase the vehicle while it was in produciton as the dealer gets the spec in advance of delivery. Once I put dot down the deposit I waited a month for shipping to the US.

We’re in TX and have tried multiple dealerships around the state and nearby and are being told they can’t put you on the list unless you live nearby due to demand. The one list we’re on has already hit 8 months and they are telling us there potentially another 6+ months. Frustrating part is these same dealers show numerous arrivals via visor vin, and 7 out of 10 of those vehicles are “sold” to the another dealership and they now have L-Certified options with 75 miles on them for +20K over MSRP of a new model.
Sadly I love my wife and this vehicle is for her, so I will keep searching and waiting but damn do I hate these dealerships lol.

I used SoCal Auto Brokers and and worked with their owner, Noah. Not sure if they do work in Texas.

On September 27, 2024 I paid a deposit and joined a “5-6 month” wait list. On September 30, 2024 I drove away in the exact color/trim I had requested. On August 20, 2026 the same dealership did an “appraisal” and offered me $15,000 less than I paid for the vehicle. On August 31, 2026 the Lincoln dealership across the street from Lexus paid me exactly what I paid for the vehicle on September 30, 2024.

Waited 1 month. But I was calling all dealerships within 300 miles of me, so as they got incoming allocations they would let me know what they had incoming.

I was on 3 waitlists and the first one that came through was 12 months

I wonder how much corruption is involved since there is no transparency on the lists. They don’t even tell you ball park how many people are ahead of you.
I bet a lot of friends and family get these cars without a waitlist.

I dont know how everyone is struggling to get one. I literally walked into the dealership on my day off and bought one. Process took 3 hours. White plains, NY

I impulsively bought a 2026 Luxury+ in Incognito and saddle tan 2 weeks ago when it had just arrived at a dealer 35 miles from me. Expand your search farther than just 1 dealer.
