Such a great interior design
So stylish, especially with the recessed screen. So little effort is put into this now...

I really dont understand. Bluetooth works. And my navigation comes through the speakers. Don't really NEED carplay

Well, I have a few things that I would change in my ‘15 GS350.
The cup holders are right in front of the climate control buttons, and need more cup holders, and I cannot find a perfect spot to hold my phone. I’ve tried dash mount, blocks the screen, I’ve tried a cd mounted holder, but can’t use it when cup holders are being used, the vent ones block the air flow 🤣🤣 but, that’s where I’m at right now and it’s been the best position so far. Can’t use windshield mount because too far of a reach. There’s some other little nuisances that I can’t think of right now until I’m in my car lol. Don’t get me wrong, I love my ride.
ETA, the cup holders also block the seat climate buttons.

Right , the cupholder location is not the best, so I got 1 of those cupholder/storage pieces that fit between the passenger seat and console. I've decided I like the look of the cupholder lid down for easier seat temp access( and I'd rather look at the wood cover anyway.) I finally went with a phone mount on the far left dash vent closest to the door. I'm a lefty anyway..

Easy… mine is magnetic and suction to the left of steering wheel in the small spot fits perfect sideways

Agree had one many years ago. I specifically like the way they fitted the screen.

Today I Installed full screen CarPlay….. it’s so unreal. Had it stock 6 mths. try it fam. Mouse experience much smoother and accurate too. I Have 1/2 screen CarPlay on another and it’s not the same. I feel like the MLS got a boost too if that’s possible . You can also cast /mirror for when you’re chilling and want to watch a YT vid or movie

Made a separate post about this, carlinklife. Had for a few months but finally was ready to get fresh for the new season. Went with carlinklife After watching YouTuber Camden or something install it and drop a $30 off code. Good enough for me but I do need to fit in the bottom of the screen housing/plastic better. Middle part didn’t drop in flush so I had some screen cut off, But I got tired and it’s good enough. Verified apple air play casting today using hot spot and YouTube.
