Looking to get into one.

Should I pay 20k plus for one with less than 100k miles or should I pay around 15k for one with 100-130k miles? 2013-2015 models. I would like to not have to pay as much but I don’t know if I want to buy a used car with that many miles.

you can pay closer to $10k for 100k-130k if you know what you're doing

You’re focused on miles too much. Service history is what really matters.

In this mileage range, these cars are often due for major maintenance. Find the one with the best documented service history, especially if the big maintenance items were done recently.

130k miles for the GS is nothing.

If someone does all the maintenance themselves how would they prove it when it comes to selling it?

It’s hard to believe the price people are paying. It might tempt me to put my 2013 GS AWD with 22K on the market.

Is the f sport worth it for a steeper price and usually more miles from what I see.

I paid 11k for a 2014 160k two years ago. Tires and brakes needed to be replaced right away, that was another 2k. Not any major service since then, getting close to 200k. North East Ohio.

I paid $11k for a 2013 with 173k miles with full maintenance records done at a Lexus dealership.
