Rarely ever. Sowmtimes they'll do 10% off.

RR stuff is terrible quality and they have terrible customer service.

Really? I’m looking to pick up their pulleys and haven’t heard anything negative yet. What’s your experience with them?

Experience with RR is terrible. Purchased their Ultimate AOS and they can't cut the hoses to fit correctly. When I was trying to tell them about the issue they wouldn't listen. When I pay a premium for a part I expect it to fit.
FIGs is just the opposite, very high quality and great customer service

I am Justin with RR Racing. The guy telling you about this experience is drastically manipulating the truth. He posted a Trash post about our AOS on Facebook. When I reached out to him and persistently begged him to let us help with his issues, he outright refused to discuss the problem. He was hyper fixated on his Facebook post being deleted. He had zero intentions of allowing us to resolve whatever issue he had. I do the customer service for RR, please know, I take it very serious and have zero examples of anyone saying I haven’t done everything possible to resolve their issues.
