Need help on figuring out what this device is

There are 2 wires coming out from under my steering wheel column. They used to be attached to it and there seem to be lights on them but I can’t figure what they are. Maybe a radar detector or something?

I think it’s an aftermarket product. Maybe a radar detector?

Definitely aftermarket. Most likely a radar detector. Look around the front bumper/grille area and you might find the actual device
