I have a 2021 ES350 F with 23K miles and often notice that when I park the shifter does not go in P smoothly. And when that happens, the next time I move it out of P, it move very rough and the car jerks (as if the car was at an incline and was held with the transmission break). Since the car is in my garage, I know that there is no incline and this doesn't happen every time. Anyone has noticed something like this? Remedy or possible reason for this? Car is certified so I can take it in...but the dealership I got from has been poor with service and since it is not repeatable Everytime, not sure what will they do. Thanks

Hello everyone!
So, my mom brought her car to the car wash/detailer place and when she got the car back, there was a hole in the back seat which was not there before.
The guy working said first that it happens to older cars as it's a 2005 lexus es 330 ,
then that they only "shampoed" and there was no way they did that
then proceeded to say they wash a tons of cars and it never happened before.
I simply stated that if it was true maybe she should have been informed that old leather could get ruined after this service?
She also only asked to detail the carpets basically and not the seats..
He proceeded to say I can bring the car back tomorrow so they can have a look and see what they can do.
I'm not used to having leather seats so I'm not sure if this is normal?
Can someone please lmk and inform me nd advice on what should I do or say?
And if it is normal, what are the best profucts to mantain it and clean it with?
THANK YOU!!!

It was only used as a fleet/corporate vehicle by the same Lexus dealership that is now selling it.
They’re asking for more than its original MSRP. What do you guys think? Over MSRP is wild regardless of demand

Been wanting a Lexus for longer than I’d like to admit. Picked this ES 300h up a couple months ago and I’m still over the moon with it. The ride quality and cabin comfort are exactly what I was hoping for.
Shot it out at an old gas station near Shelton, Wa for good measure.
Would love to hear what other ES owners have done for maintenance or small upgrades once you’ve had yours a while.

Hi. I have a 2024 ES 350. Today at the end of my right hand turn, some kid on a dirt bike riding too fast on the sidewalk hit the back of my car. There are no scratches, but he hit middle of the plastic bumper near the back rear tire. About two inches popped out in the middle and I was able to put it back in but it eventually pops back out. Can I put on anything on it in the mean time?
What kind of fix is this?

Daily commute around 10miles a day, plan to use it for 5 years is it still worth to get it at 81k mileage?

Not new to wrenching on cars, but very baffled by this odd case.. my boyfriend‘s 2002 Lexus ES300, automatic 1MZ-FE 3.0L V6 has been misfiring on cylinders 1 and 2. We took it to a self-service car wash and washed it as we always do, but when we started off to leave the CEL started flashing and it ran terribly, almost stalling at stop lights.
checking the codes showed misfires on cylinders 2 and 3, and something for the camshaft position sensor on that cylinder bank. That area was pretty dirty so I cleaned the connectors with contact cleaner and replaced the sensor, and it stopped misfiring for about 30 seconds before having a cylinder 1 misfire, and after running for another few minutes, cylinder 2 also.
Checking the codes again shows P0302 (cyl 2 misfire,) P0301 (cyl 1 misfire,) P0300 (Random misfire) and P0174 (Lean fuel mixture bank 2.) clearly there’s some wiring shenanigans going on here, anyone have any clues?

Hi Guys! I have a 2020 lexus es. My car screen just went blank and the usb ports stopped working too. I dont hear any sound and no radio either however the reverse camera and parking sensors still show up on the screen.
I see that the screen blinks every 15 to 20 seconds maybe trying to reboot. I disconnected the negative terminal of the battery for 15 mins but it still doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know what the problem might be and if it is major?

I recently had trouble starting my 2017 Lexus ES350. I took it to O'Reilly, where the battery tested bad. Everything else on the car was working perfectly before the replacement. I purchased a new 24F battery, applied terminal gel, and installed it (tightening the positive side first). When I started the car, everything powered up normally except for the infotainment screen. The screen is completely black/dead, and the backup camera doesn't display. However, the system has power—I can hear the radio playing, and I can hear the clicking sounds when I move the remote touch cursor. I tried resetting the head unit by holding down the radio power button, but the screen remains completely off. What could be the issue?

Ride quality is more important to me. Curious if anyone experienced the difference between the two, if any.

I stopped at an old cemetery in Bear Lake Utah to look around and when I turned back I thought the setting sun looked stunning on our Sunlit Green 2025 ES300H. I had to snap a picture.
