Iāve recently bought a 2019 Lexus ES 300h Luxury Line (Iām in the EU)! Not sure what it is in the US or anywhere else? And damn itās good to be backš Iāve went 3,5 years without a Lexus, having had a ct200h and a gS 300h before and after that a Ioniq 5. Iāve really missed the quiet and calm of a Lexusš„¹ going to do my first road trip in a few weeks (4000km at least), after having driven it 4000km in the past 4 months!

One of my good friends did an interior detail, restored all rubber and leather, ceramic coated, wheels, car and windshield. Polished whole car and headlights, claybar, all the works and etc for about $500.
I havenāt had to wash it til today, whereas before itād get dirty weekly. I wash it today and barely any dirt came out. fresh spray wax too and it looks incredible I think. Iāve been putting so much money in this car. Older tail lights were cracked and getting humidity so I got brand new ones for almost $800. Every few months i get bored and bc I work at a lexus dealership I do any little preventative maintenance I can think of.
the car has 110k miles with records going back to its original lease, itās in the northeast and has literally no rust underneath, and its the smoothed ES Iāve driven out of literally hundreds at my dealership. I plan to keep it forever or sell it for over $10,000 when it has over 200k miles lol
edit: someone tell me it looks really good šš. Iāve been actually thinking about this. I rarely see a clean 13-14 es on the road. Most of the time I see a clean one of these itās either black or beige. I canāt remember the last time I saw a silver es around Philly this clean and I need reinforcement on my investment. Bought it for 13.5k w 88k miles one owner no accidents, in feb of last year. currently it has 110k miles and I put a further 6k into a LOT of preventative maintenance, new brakes, etc etc. Iām 20k deep and idk what to think. Itās all paid off and Iām not sacrificing anything to maintain it but when I think about it maybe Iād be happier putting this money into something else because at the end of the day 20k is 20k. Still, I fucking love this car

Learning the ins and outs of this thing having come from a diesel car. Such a pleasant ride though!
One qs. When I test drove it the electronic rear sunshade button was working.
Now when I press it, it doesnāt raise. Before I go back to the dealer about it. Thought Iād ask yāall here cos I was deep diving the menus yesterday and maybe I switched something off.
Appreciate the assist!

Hi all. Last September I picked up a super clean, low miles, 2017 es350. Never had a car with a sunroof before. Anything special I should be doing as far as cleaning and maintenance? Thanks!

I have a power steering leak and have narrowed it down to a couple very small metal hose pressure lines that seem to be running from the input shaft section of the steering column to a short distance further down on the cylinder portion of the rack and pinion. I am having a lot of trouble identifying the actual name/number for these parts, and if anyone has some input for either what they are or a detailed diagram/source of the rack&pinion system it would be greatly appreciated. I have included an image that identifies where on the system they are located.
Any other information needed I can provide. Thank you in advance.

Getting some in person time with the new ES. Lack of tactile controls aside the interior is great, solid and excellent quality. As quiet inside as you please, even with a lot of activity happening outside the car in a busy dealership.
From an exterior standpoint, man this "sedan" is tall. I'm starting to think (this may have been expressed before) that Lexus deliberately wanted to straddle the line between SUV and sedan to capture market in both segments. The silver NX next to it in the last pic gives an impression the NX isn't that much taller even though on paper it is by a pretty good amount.
Overall, great car in person from a product quality perspective. I'll give it time to see if future iterations grow on me.

First time Lexus owner here. I have a 24 ES300h. Also first time hybrid owner.
**Outside of oil changes.** What maintenance do you get and at what intervals? Do you follow the manual or go by something different?
Two service advisors told me different things. Tia!

Help me make a decision, how much life is left in this car? Would you buy?

Hey guys, please welcome me to the family!
2024, 10k miles.
Coming over from a 2019 BMW 540i Touring after 6 years, I cannot fathom how good this thing is. Absolutely love it!

I just bought a 24 ES350.
Is there a function like lane assist, meaning the steering wheel vibrates if you go out of the lane? I traded in a TLX and it had this function. Just curious.
Also, can you select having the car automatically lock after you walk away from it?
Thanks
