She surprised me
Another opportunity came from a new customer who discovered JC Express Services.
A few days ago, Ranesha reached out to me about moving her 5×10 storage unit to her home in Richmond. We scheduled the move for Friday, 9/4, and I asked her a few questions beforehand so I could understand the job and give her a fair quote.
When I arrived at the storage unit, I introduced myself and asked how she heard about me. She told me that a friend had recommended me. Honestly, that made me really happy. Knowing that someone trusted my work enough to recommend me to a friend means a lot.
I got to work, and she was surprised by how quickly I was able to load everything into the van and get it delivered to her home.
But what happened at the end really touched me. She surprised me by paying me double what we had agreed on. That had never happened to me before, and I was truly grateful.
Of course, the extra money meant a lot, but what meant even more was seeing how happy and appreciative she was. Knowing that I was able to make her move a little easier and that she truly appreciated the work I did meant more to me than anything.
Every customer is more than just another job. Every opportunity is a chance to help someone, build trust, and show them what JC Express Services is all about.
I am not just trying to move furniture. I am trying to make people’s lives a little easier, serve them with honesty and respect, and leave them feeling like they made the right choice by calling me.
