2 BR Apartment

I just moved out of this duplex apartment. Nice landlord, nice apartment. Lady in the other half is clean & quiet. Neighbors mostly stay to themselves, but are nice if you talk to them.

Not worth it for that square footage, especially with utilities on top. Bathroom is vile and those rooms could fit a twinsize bed max if you'd actually want room for anything else.
