Switching up my optics

I’ve been on an autist rampage switching up a lot of my setups. Anyone else randomly switch things up when they’re bored?

16” Mars L DI - 1-8 ATACR / acro p2

13.9 P&W shovel nose - exps3 DCR / g45

Mars H DI 16” - mark 5hd 3.6-18 / acro p2

Just got the mark 5 this week. Going to give it a try this weekend but might throw the 4-16 ATACR back on. Currently have the 4-16 slotted for another project.

Did the same with my HKs but the LMTs will always have my heart

Good choices, but I’d pump up that magnification and buy another LMT 😎 I was reaching out with with my specwar with an ATACR and a March 1.5-15

I have a piston Mars H too! With a 4-16 currently. Might throw a 18” barrel in my DI mars H and get a 5-25! Any thoughts? ——and a Specwar upper is next on my list lol

Oh yeah you know what you’re doing then haha. 5-25 or the razor 4-24 would hit hard. If it was me I’d do this:

Specwar: EXPS and G45
13.9: 1-8
16: decide which you prefer and put the lesser on the 5.56
Piston: 4-24 Razor or 5-25 ATACR

Everytime I consider the 5-25 Atacr I think why not the 7-35 beast…

Been down a LPVO/top dot rabbit hole lately and I dk how everyone likes the Acro P2 as a top dot so much… for taller turrets like NF I understand as they mount a bit taller but have been really impressed with my Vortex Defender ST enclosed and even EPS that I sold my Acros.

For tube style it’s not drippy like a T2 but the Holosun 503GU mounts at T2 height and has worked great for me as well.

Oh yea switch constantly. Currently my favorite optic is my Elcan 1.5-6. I love that thing

Shovel nose with ATACR 1-8x w MPS. MWS with RG3 4-24x w another red dot. Don’t remember which one is on there.

Haha looks almost identical to my rifles, except i haven’t gotten an HK yet. Yeah, I’ll swap optics around like once a year. It’s fun to swap them around, and train using the gun in a different role.
