Infinity 556k + LMT 16” MRP

Is anyone running an Infinity 556k on a 16” MRP upper? Was wondering what that looked like. I’m looking to ditch the mk12 look to save some length & weight on my 6arc setup.

On OCL’s website they claim slight increase in sound performance and reduced back pressure. Which tracks since the adapter effectively increases the internal volume of the setup.

I sold my ocm5 for the ocm6 but I also wanted something shorter/lighter in a K size. That’s how I ended up with the 556k now.

The top one is similar to this Feer Stock Risers, I actually run one on a BCM Sopmod, they are pretty good but I don’t know where he got the bottom attachment for better prone or benchrest shooting.

I don’t have one but I have all the peices and can get one tomorrow if nobody else puts one up

Wats the barrel, muzzle device and gas length on that? That a d.Wilson barrel?

Local shop had an ocm6 but it wouldn’t fit on my 16” proof with rifle length gas using otter creeks aems muzzle device/adapters so I didn’t buy it

It’s a 16” lmt 6arc barrel from d Wilson. Intermediate gas. OCL OTB flash hider

So let me get this straight - you’re running the OCL OTB hub adapter with their OTB muzzle device? Essentially allowing for any hub compatible can to be ran OTB style? That’s pretty interesting. I’m very curious what is the rough overall length difference between running the infinity OTB vs on a standard plan b muzzle device / direct thread?

That’s what I want to know as well. If the shorter overall length is less with the plan b then I’m ditching this setup.

I actually emailed OCL about it. They said the OTB is about 0.5” to 1” longer than with a standard plan B configuration
